How it Works

User creation

We provide a set of individual user accounts for your executive management team. You choose which members will have access. Usually they will be board members, Directors or Senior Management, spanning such areas as finance, operations, purchasing, legal, commerce, property, IT, sales and marketing.

Profile

We then create a unique profile for each of the users based upon their information requirements, selecting criteria including retail categories, competitors, locations and outlets of stores, topics of interest and any other keywords that might be appropriate.

Media selection

Your team can also choose which media types they wish us to source information from. We currently draw from over 4,000 news sources including local press, national press, international press, blogs and press releases from PR companies.

Portal

We will set up a personal portal for each of your users that will provide them with real time information, all sorted into personally selected categories. Once set up this can be easily adapted by the users themselves or we can adapt it for them.

Email

Each user will also receive two personal emails every day with news based upon their selected criteria and the current top retail stories. The user can select whether to receive these emails at 7am or 8am in the morning and 4pm or 5pm in the afternoon.

Account managment

Once up and running it doesn’t stop there. Your team will be assigned an Account Manager who will help them on an ongoing basis to ensure they get the most from their service. This also includes the editing of data to ensure you get a succinct feed with no repeated information.
