Westfield Stratford proves to be hot property Wednesday, 17th August 2011
Westfield Stratford is 95 per cent leased or committed ahead of its grand opening on the 13 September.
The property developer told reporters that it is currently making “excellent construction and leasing progress” in the 1.9 million square foot scheme.
Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and Waitrose will anchor the 300-unit scheme, located next to the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.
Westfield Group co-chief executive Steven Lowy said: “We have assembled an exceptional tenancy mix which has more than exceeded our vision, particularly for fashion, food, entertainment and leisure, and it will be the next chapter in retail development for London.”
