Apple to face trial over e-book price-fixing Monday, 3rd June 2013
Apple Inc are due in court Monday over allegations that it conspired with publishers to bring the price of e-books up. Apple, along with five of the six biggest book publishers in the U.S., had a lawsuit filed against them in April 2012 by the Justice Department which tests the questionable relationship between internet retailers and content providers.

US Apple stores make record sales Monday, 20th May 2013
A study by Asymco’s Horace Dediu shows that Apple’s US retail stores make money than any other store per square feet, as well as revenue per visitor. Approximately USD 13 million worth of revenue is accumulated per store, which roughly translates as USD 57.50 per visitor.

WH Smith voted worst store by consumers Friday, 17th May 2013
Consumer watchdog Which? has found that WH Smith is Britain’s worst store, according to a consumer poll of 100 high street brands. At the other end of the scale, Apple were crowned the best store knocking off last year’s winner Lush, who finished a respectable second, with the Disney Store coming in at third.
