The PVH Corp. owned Tommy Hilfiger Group have announced the opening of a Tommy Hilfiger store in Kuwait City. The store, which is operated by Apparel Group, the exclusive partner of Tommy Hilfiger in the Gulf Cooperation, is located in the Kuwait Avenues Mall on 5th Ring Road.

SuperGroup confirms Hans Schmitt aquistion Monday, 17th June 2013
SuperGroup has confirmed the appointment of Hans Schmitt as new managing director of international and wholesale. The news comes after My-Retail Media cited Just-Style as breaking the news on June 11. However, officially confirmation from SuperGroup has reaffirmed the news, and a company spokesman added that the hiring of Schmitt is a very important step for the company, as SuperDry has retail roll-out plans for Europe.

The cold British weather during March and April has been pigeon-holed for poor fashion sales by a number of retailers lately, none more so than Laura Ashley, who despite robust sales in its home furnishings, suffered a 0.6 per decline in underlying sales over the 18 weeks to 1 June.
