Kingfisher to invest £60m in B&Q brand overhaul Tuesday, 16th October 2012

Kingfisher is preparing to funnel £60 million into its B&Q business in an effort to update the retailer’s online offering and other new services.

Screwfix is reportedly being used as the model for improving digital sales at the B&Q chain.

As part of the overhaul, B&Q’s website will be revamped and the amount of products available for sale will be doubled in 20,000. Online kiosks will also be added to bricks-and-mortar stores to make it easier for customers to track down items.
