William Jackson Food Group eyes Abel & Cole Thursday, 11th October 2012
Abel & Cole is rumoured to be on the brink of being sold off to William Jackson Food Group.
The vegetable box retailer went through a large-scale restructure in February 2010 which involved a debt-for-equity swap which saw Lloyds band take a majority stake in the business.
Abel & Cole’s EBITDA stood at £4.6 million on turnover of £46.5 million, according to the Financial Times.
