Giorgio Armani is to take control of his British business, according to Reuters.
The fashion designer yesterday released a statement which detailed his agreement to take control of his UK wholesale and retail business from partner Club 21.
Club 21 is to retail distribution of the Armani Exchange diffusion line.
The Armani fashion empire reported a 13.6 per cent rise in revenues last year, helped by a 45 per cent boost in China.
Giorgio Armani has said he does not intend to sell his business and said last month he aims to grow further this year in spite of the euro zone crisis.
