Morgan Stanley eyes Moscow mall for $1bn Friday, 14th September 2012
Morgan Stanley is currently in talks to buy a shopping centre in Moscow for around USD 1.2 billion from Capital Partners, according to Reuters.
Metropolis, built in 2009, is one of the largest malls in Russia.
Morgan Stanley’s global real estate fund bought a mall in the Russian city of St Petersburg earlier this year for more than USD 1 billion.
