UK vacancy rates on the rise Tuesday, 4th September 2012

 

One in seven shops in the UK were lying vacant at the end of June according to the Local Data Company.

The consultancy said that there had been no marked improvement from March’s shop vacancy rate of 14.6 per cent.

Vacancy rates were up everywhere except London where rates fell from 10.7 per cent to 10.1 per cent.
