Jacadi prepares to open maiden UK store Thursday, 23rd August 2012

Jacadi, a French childrenswear label, is to open its first UK-based store in the capital.

The retailer will sublet a 1,351 square foot Hawes & Curtis store at number 39 King’s Road, London , in October.

The lease currently has eight years unexpired and the passing rent is £232,000.

Briant Champion Long (BCL) advised Hawes & Curtis on the sublet.

Paul Souber, BCL’s Head of Central Agency, commented: “Jacadi are represented in over 30 countries worldwide, and this will be a new flagship store in the UK”.

Retail property advisors CWM acted for Jacadi.
