Kraft offloads 'Back to Nature' brand Wednesday, 22nd August 2012

Kraft Foods has announced plans to sell off a majority stake in its ‘Back to Nature’ US-based food brand to private equity firm Brynwood Partners.
The amount for which the business sold remains undisclosed.
This decision comes after Kraft decided to split into two companies, one handling snacks and the other handling groceries.
The snack business is to be re-named Mondelez.
According to Reuters, Kraft will retain a “substantial” minority stake in Back to Nature.
