Burberry takes over Weather Channel alerts Saturday, 11th August 2012

British fashion brand Burberry is now providing all advertising on the Weather Channel’s global iPhone and iPad apps, as well as placing digital billboards in cities around the world featuring images and updates.
The retailer has placed boards in London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong which continuously update with pictures of London and regular weather updates.
The mobile apps feature banners which react to the current weather conditions in a given country, with different products being showcased depending on whether it is sunny or raining.
