Hammerson eyes more European developments Tuesday, 24th July 2012
Hammerson Plc is reportedly looking to spend the proceeds of the £518 million sale of its London office properties.
In a market currently depressed by the euro zone debt crisis, the property developer is one of a very small number still looking to make big investments in the region.
The company has told the press it has around £1 billion ready to spend on new developments.
