Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy spearhead battle to save New Look Friday, 20th July 2012
Both Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy have won leading advisory roles on the refinancing of high street fashion retailer New Look.
Earlier this month, New Look closed an agreement with senior lenders to extend its credit facilities from 2013 to 2015.
New Look currently holds a debt of £1.1 billion.
