Starbucks to open first Latin American store today Wednesday, 20th June 2012

Starbucks today outlined extensive expansion plans for Latin America.
The coffee chain, which currently runs in excess of 560 shops in the region, is to open its maiden Costa Rican store in San Jose’s Escazu neighbourhood today.
Starbucks has also said it plans to open “several hundred stores” in Brazil over the next five years.
