Sony regroups as “One Sony” as tech giant looks to streamline business Tuesday, 27th March 2012

Sony, one of the global leaders of electronic products for both consumer and professional markets has announced a shake-up of its business structure, dubbed “One Sony”.
The new top-tier organisation, which will come into play on 1 April, is designed to streamline Sony’s decision making process, with a focus on making digital imaging, gaming and mobile devices the three cornerstones of its electronic business.
According to the Verge, two new members of the board, Shoji Nemoto and Kunimasa Suzuki, have been appointed to decide which technologies Sony should invest in to improve user experience.
