McArthurGlen will spent £1 million renovating its Livingston Designer Outlet food court into a contemporary dining area.

According to the Shopping Centre, the new 20,500 sq ft zone will seat up to 800 people, with a range of 15 well-known chain eateries such as Pizza Express and Caffe Nero.

The revamp will mark McArthurGlen’s biggest investment in the centre in five years, and is hoped to dramatically increase footfall, dwell time and spend.

McArthurGlen operates 19 designer retail outlets across the UK and Europe, housing over 2000 stores.
