Diane Von Furstenberg to exceed $300 million turnover Thursday, 8th December 2011

American fashion house Diane Von Furstenberg (DVF) expects to exceed a turnover of USD 300 million this year, as the brand expands in the East.

It’s been a heady year for US-based DVF, after the brand launched its first fragrance following mono brand store openings in Honolulu and Los Angeles in autumn.

DVF saw a 44 per cent growth in China this year, after hosting its ‘Journey of a dress’ catwalk show in Beijing. Expansion plans for the company include a mono-brand store in Milan and more development of sales in BRIC countries. The label will also launch a capsule collection for Baby Gap in March 2012.
