Maloney moves for Hut floatation Monday, 4th July 2011
The UK’s third largest online entertainment retailer is expecting to raise over EUR 120 million on the market this summer with its impending IPO.Key investors such as chairman and former Matalan boss Angus Monro, serial investor Barry Maloney ,ex- Tesco chief Terry Leahy and Stuart Rose are set to make a killing in the floatation, which is likely to value The Hut at around EUR 350 million.
It is understood the Hut has appointed Rothschild to advise on the flotation.
